Base Covers that are non-custom dimensions can be be returned. We require you contact us withing 20 business days after receiving your base covers to notify us of your return request. Products must be in new condition and customer will pay a 15% restocking fee and the cost for shipping the order back to Irvine, CA. The refund (less 15%) will be provided within 10 days of receipt of the return and the base covers can be inspected for damage.
Returns on lighting products (lamps and fixtures) are only allowed on products that are defective. Defective products will be refunded in-full and Lighting Supply, Inc. will pay the shipping costs for the defective items.
The refund will be provided within 10 days of the return and after an inspection of the product's defect.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and sized based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
